Hamilton International Middle School History Podcasts 2018

In 2018 we collaborated with three classes of eighth grade U.S. History students at Hamilton International Middle School to create short radio plays about several different topics in American history.

Our teaching artists visited the students in Shannon Frizzell, Dan Waldschmid, and Anneliese Steuben-Maiye’s classrooms to talk about scriptwriting and production and prepare them to read their work aloud in the studio. Then the students came to the studios at Jack Straw Cultural Center to record and produce their history podcasts with our team of engineers and voice coaches.
