Circus Contraption
Circus Contraption was a one ring circus committed to the preservation, enrichment, and evolution of the circus and variety arts. Music is an integral part of the Circus Contraption experience, and the troupe worked toward blurring the lines between the musicians and physical performers in the creative process. The band was led by music director and ringmaster Armitage Shanks.
